  • 01 Visit our Branch

      1. Confirm the Plan's Contestability to our Branch Staff in any of our Branches.
      2. Ask For the complete list of requirements to comply.

    • 1. Gather and complete all the requirements.
      2. Upon completion make sure to submit all the requirements within six (6) months from the date of death of the insured person.

    • 1. Once the requirements were received to our Head Office Officers, we will ask you to give us at least a minimum of thirty (30) working days.
      2. We will send the check to the Plan Holders' registered branch for releasing to the beneficiary/ies.
